  Overview: Participants work as the management team of a fictional association. Suddenly, a loud BOOM shakes your building - a news report blares, “… bombing … all area buildings must Shelter-in-Place …”. Now the chaos begins. There are unsettled and angry employees, radiation detected and employees needing medicine. How will the management team handle the situations that arise when employees and guests are forced to stay inside for a long period of time? How will they keep the employees inside and keep the outsiders from getting in?

Suddenly, you feel a rumble that shakes your facility - a news report blares, “... chemical cloud... all area buildings must Shelter-in-Place...”. Now the chaos begins. There are unsettled residents, angry family members, and confused staff members. How will the management team handle the situations that arise when residents and guests are forced to stay inside the designated shelter-in-place areas for a long period of time? How will the staff continue to provide care with limited resources? How will they keep residents, staff, and guests inside and keep throes on the outside from getting in?
