Overview: Participants are the Crisis Management Team (CMT) for a bio-tech company. An earthquake rocks the region - your power is out, employees are injured, the building must shelter-in-place bringing issues of panicked employees and medical problems. When you can evacuate, there are missing people, clinical trial deadlines that need to be met, your employees are upset - how would a CMT handle such a disaster, especially with your building now closed? See how your management staff will respond.

Overview: Participants are the facility management team for a fictional company who also manages their multi-tenant building. As you arrive at work, you are met by the FBI who are serving a search warrant on one of your tenants. The bad day continues with chemical spills, bomb threats, sick tenants, injured co-workers and the media at your door. How would you handle such crisis, especially when today is "Take Your Child to Work Day." See how your facility team would respond.

Overview: Participants work as the facility management team for a fictional company. Suddenly, a loud BOOM shakes your building - a news report blares, “... bombing ... all area buildings must Shelter-in-Place ...”. Now the chaos begins. There are unsettled and angry employees, radiation detected and employees needing medicine. How will the team handle the situations that arise when employees and guests are forced to stay inside for a long period of time? How will they keep the tenants inside and keep the outsiders from getting in?
