When you can evacuate, there are missing people, and everyone is upset - how would the security guards handle such a disaster, especially with your building now closed? See how your staff will respond.

Overview: Participants are the security team for a fictional multi-tenant building. As you arrive at work, you are met by the FBI who are executing a search warrant on one of your tenants. The bad day continues with chemical spills, bomb threats, sick and injured tenants and the media at your door. How would a team handle such a disaster, especially when today is "Take Your Child to Work Day." See how your staff will respond.

Overview: Participants work as the security guards for a fictional multi-tenant building. Suddenly, a loud BOOM shakes your building - a news report blares, “… bombing … all area buildings must Shelter-in-Place …”. Now the chaos begins. There are unsettled and angry tenants, radiation detected and tenants needing medicine. How will the security guards handle the situations that arise when tenants and guests are forced to stay inside for a long period of time? How will they keep the tenants inside and keep the outsiders from getting in?
